2017. Nukes fall on China. 9/10 of the nation estimated dead.
2019. Africa is taken over by German influence. Continent Nuked.
2020. Australia is nuked by the remains of China.
2023. U.S. is invaded by Russia.
2025. Russian forces withdraw from U.S. and are invited to country by nuke.
2026. North Korea destroys South Korea.
2028. Unkown nukes fall on U.S.
2033. Country lays at stand still.

People thought things after a nuclear war would be hard. Wastelands filled with mutants, small pathetic attempts to create a living environment for surviving Humans. Corrupt factions heading off against one another.

But they had it all wrong. Things would be hell.

Acidic rain that corrodes metal, radiated water that digests lungs and intestines, even areas of the city that have buildings literally melting, radiated light breaking down the constructive molecules in nothing but mush.

But that's everyday. At least once every week hunters come. Big beast that tower above the tallest man, teeth as big as the scariest shark, claws as sharp as the blade of a katana. Most people fear them. But I embrace them. Welcome them into my house and challenge them to take me on. Because things can't get much worse!

Crusaders of the Waste is your basic wasteland RPG, with a more realistic tone. None of that sewer dwelling crap because acid rain needs somewhere to drain! You need to find refuge when it rains, food when you hungry, and weapons when your attack. Things won't be handed to you when a Deathclaw comes onto you.

I guess we'll start of with a introduction and then I'll reveal more of the story. Most important of all, enjoy and feel free to join or ask me question about the application or the story. And remember, it's the 2035 period so most of your characters should know what their doing, since they've been doing it for years.


CLASSES:

Survivalist-Fit and experienced, you practiced for the holocaust before it was even upon you. You are always careful on supplies and know how to use a tool and have a good sense of direction for those sticky situations.

Demolisher-Strong and tough, you don't fear the wastes. You welcome all challenges and live a more open life style. You use your strength and know-how to get yourself out of trouble.

Professor Nuke-Wise and a little to smart for comfort, you don't have much nuclear smarts. But you do have some nuclear TRAITS. The Holocaust has affected your life more then all the others, gifting you with one unique ability. Most haven't mastered theirs but it always comes in handy.

Appearance: Hamlet has a rugged, muscular body. He has very short hair, which is very messy and gritty. His eyes are a dark blue that often hide his emotions except when he loves. He has a wide, broad smile that stretches across his face and that no one can miss.

Scars or Marks: Hamlet has a bullet hole right under his left eye. He has another cut on his right forearm that resembles a crescent moon. He has many more but most have faded away or are constantly concealed.

Personality: Hamlet possess a lot of know-how and is often described as serious and stubborn. Though he may go his own way often, Hamlet has a great sense of humor and is often sarcastic when traveling with other adventurers, though he is a natural leader and is really very protective.
