If you've played the Penumbra series, this is made by the same guys. These guys know scary, they dont put you into the body of some human in a lot of armor, nor give you tons of guns to kill enemies with. The best method of dealing with the horrific beings in this game is through running away/hiding from them.

This is a true horror game, one that will frighten you.

Try now. Weird that it didn't go through the first time.

Well it isn't a click click adventure, you move around like any FPS and can pick up things and whatnot to solve puzzles, hide yourself, set up traps, etc etc.

So think of it as Doom 3 without guns.

If the whole game is going to be stuff like that one scene they might want to put a disclaimer saying: "Not for the faint of heart" :P
