Sweepers:
In this world there are outcasts, that everyone hates, no one wants to be around expect other rejects, why do they even exist? That's where we come in, those rejects that society hates we take care of them, no one even notices their gone. The government made a program called: Project297 file zero. This project was made to "clean up" society, the dirty hands that worked the project were called sweepers. Sweepers, find, kill, and clean up the outcasts. 1994, a case gone bad, the government had been tracking a female that was causing 'disturbance's' all over, they finally got her pinned down in a alley. She was smart and waited until they called for back up then started to cause so much sound someone came outside, she began to cry and hold her arm yelling "someone get help! Their trying to kill me!" they people soon dialed 911 and she soon escaped. Not even in days she went to the press, she caused the government to shut down project297 file zero. Sweepers created their own society and began all over to slowly take out rejects. The sweepers have to do this quietly, systematically, and as a assassin team so the entire world won't notice, they can't just shoot a mutant out in the open, they have to hunt them down.

Mutants:
Escapes, are nothing more than average people, well when they want to be. Escapes usually have something society calls a Taboo or mutation. The ones with taboo are normal they just act different than most people, and society wants them dead. Ones with mutations, yeah well, they are the freaks, they have certain 'powers.' Some can do something people only dream about, some are just down right assholes with their powers, ether way sweepers want them dead. Ever since 1950 project297 file zero has been out, 1994 they were shut down due to a legendary girl names Amaya Cross. 1995 they re-opened, well with out the government funding. Escapes sometimes travel in groups. This is the story of a group the formed not long ago, maybe just last year 2018. This group calls themselves, The Raindrops Of Society.

Ami can generate fire/light, very little, once she did mange a house fire sized fire, she hasn't mastered the power and often gets burns. Also, Ami can manipulate people's feelings or force thoughts into your mind. This is her stronger power.
Personality:
Ami is jumpy, not the most brave person out there, she should be brave with all the danger lurking in her life but she's not. She is very sweet and quiet, very shy. Trust is something that Ami rarely does, which means she keeps most of her feelings to herself, but Ami does tend to attach to people for protection. It's hard not to like Ami. She tends to mumble a lot of her words and has been searching for more mutants in the city.
Bio:
Ami never knew her parents but she had an older sister that she doesn't remember much, she was raised by several foster families until she was six, then her powers started to show up. The foster father, who was the last person she ever loved and trusted, taking care of her was a sweeper, he tired to kill her more then once. She barely escaped, ever since she has been running, she has been to almost every major city in the united states and Canada. She has never stayed in a place for long until she reached Chicago, she found plenty places to hide. She has been in Chicago for a total of three weeks, her new record.

Personality: Ashlen is 'silent but deadly,' she is never the one to start a conversation unless she is correcting you, also she is cruel hearted, just a cold stare from her could make your skin crawl. Also the only way to make her have a long winded conversation with you is if you call her Ashlen, she hates her name, and your in for an *** kicking if you utter it to her. Having a hatred for people who strive to be out there, Why can't those freaks just fit in? They are a nosiness, their of no use. Having a passion for 'sweeping' Ashlen became very effective at her job. She also has a quirk of being OCD and a perfectionist.
Bio: Ashlen was a sort of bully all of her life. She beat up kids in the kindergarten up until eight grade, reaching the ninth she realized she could learn their weakness use them against them, causing them enough pain they would do the work themselves and reform into a normal person. Ashlen grew up in foster families with her younger sister. She loved one of her foster father so much but her brat little sister was her father's prize, of course until he tried killing her, that was the last time she saw her freak little sister.

weapons: Dual desert eagles and a Wakizashi.
Disguise: Mechanic
Personality: Wolf is cold and distant. He doesn't like the mutants in particular because one killed his parents when he was six. He tends to be anti-social and focuses all of his time into hunting down mutants and killing them.
Bio: Wolf's parents were killed by a mutant when he was six years old. After the incident he was sent to live with his grandmother, ten years later he learned that she was a mutant. He killed brutally and left. No one figured out it was him and he joined the sweepers so he could kill every mutant that walked, or flew, in this world.
Appearance: He is tall with dark hair and brown eyes. He wears dark clothes and usually a trenchcoat to hide the katana. He has several scars from fights with mutants and taboos

Powers:Kat has only one power. By touching anything that has the ability to burn (so nothing like plain water) she can make the air molecules around it move fast enough to light it on fire. The largest amount of air this can be done to at a time is about the size of a kitchen table.Personality:For the most part Kat is happy-go-lucky, and sweet at least when she isn't in danger or running from sweepers. Also rational quick-witted. For the most part serious when the situation calls for it, but hates killing.
Bio: Kat grew up in a small mountain town with her parents and older brother. She didn't discover her power untill she was 14 years old, when her parents found out they sent her to live with her aunt who she then learned had the same power. Five months later sweepers raided the house and killed her aunt while she was at school. Since then she has been moving around traviling and staying with escape groups for short times before moving on. Kat has had a few encounters with sweepers but has only ever killed one, leaving the rest to injured to follow or unconsious.
Apperance:5'5" 110lbs. Just past the shoulder blond hair, grey-blue eyes. She wears skinny jeans, knee high (no heel) black boots, a black tee-shirt and a leather jacket. She also fire resistant hand wraps to protect her hands from the fire and because she also uses boxing as a form of figting.

Personality: he is insane, he laughs and smiles at just about anything, it is impossible to understand him
Weapons: he uses knives that line the inside of his coat, he also has needles with drugs in them, a glove with syringes at the finger tips, a gauntlet with blades at the finger tips, he also has blades in his cowboy boots
Bio: Crow used to be a successful inventor, he was married to a mutant and he knew it, but he was happy, then she was taken away from him by the sweepers, that was when he went insane, now he stalks and kills sweepers with his inventions, he is crazy over revenge, he has split personality disorder, manic depression, schizophrenia, and a little dementia
Appearance: he wears tight black pants and a tight black shirt, over that is a big torn and patched overcoat, he wears a scarecrow hat and paints his face entirely whit with black circles around his eyes and black lines coming from either end of his mouth, all along his mouth are black vertical lines, all the paint is a little faded

Codename: Red Lilac

weapons: A sharp dagger with a rose indent.
Personality: Red lilac is often found with a dead expression. At times she can be cruel and at times she doesn't care.
Bio: Red Lilac was found half dead in a dark alley due to a taboo almost murduring her at age 7. Ever since then she joined Project297 file zero and continues to train. When Project297 file zero closed down, she stuck to a low profile and is eliminating as much Escapes as possible.
Appearance: Long, dark and straight black hair. Her hair is hidden by the black suit she often wears. With green mysterious eyes, her lips are stained pink and might be the last thing escapes see.

Powers: This is a two-part power, the first part is; She can consume the blood of others through her large shark-like teeth, rapidly healing herself and gaining extra strength, agility, endurance, and so-on. The second part is that, she can shift into the form of whoever she just drank the blood of. If she drank the blood of a normal human, she could turn into that person, but if she drank the blood of something with an inhuman body, she can partially shift into their form, becoming a large hybrid for a short amount of time, before her body would revert to its original shape when she used too much energy.
Personality: She silent, rarely speaks, tries to stay out of conflict, and will almost always avoid people. BUT, when she does get involved in a fight, she fights all-out. When she does speak to people, she will speak invigaratedly and quickly. She is almost always an out-of-the-way person, but if she is forced to come into the fray, she comes in full-force, with a desire for it to end.
Bio: She grew up quite normally, but one day she tripped on another person. He fell on top of her, scraping most of his arm on the concrete, where the blood went into her mouth. Later on, she suddenly found herself in the body of the man, and that was when several people tried to kill her, after the initial confusion. She was forced to run away, and then, one day she was starved, and bit into a rat. After that, her teeth sharpened and grew for several days afterwards, and then, one day she suddenly grew fur, a snout, large ears, and a tail. Eventually she learned how to control her changing, somewhat, though she still changes her entire body or not at all. She has recently spent some time trying to learn how to change her body in more intense ways.

Powers:
One of his powers is that he can learn anything just by looking at it once.
Another is that he can create doppelgangers that are just illusions but in some cases he can make one of them be real if much of his energy is used.

Personality: James does not talk at all, he might be a mute but this is unconfirmed because when he is asked that question he just shrugs. Even though he does not talk usually his body language can talk for him and maybe sometimes hand signs. He is kind and always seems like he is happy. He can brighten up a room by just smiling. He however can have a aura of evil and blood lust during a battle, because of this he prefers that his fights are in private.

[[Everyone is accepted. @JavSiren can you make your weapons a little less noticeable? like hand guns and switch blades, sweepers have to blend in. @Null thats fine. @ScreenFox,Null,Jake_holland, only Taboo or sweepers have weapons, not mutants. Also, remember make sure you don't make your powers TOO powerful and have like one weak and one strong, over the course of the RP they can get stronger though.]]

The weakness to the shape-shifting is that it tires her out, and the weakness to the teeth is that they're always there, so she can't talk, eat, drink, yawn, openly smile, or pretty much anything that requires an open mouth, in public.

Also, remember make sure you don't make your powers TOO powerful and have like one weak and one strong, over the course of the RP they can get stronger though.]] [[PS. Now in less than a year, I've progressed to be one of the best RPers here. I'm not the most original guy around, but if I get in the mood, I can create posts the God of Literature would be proud of.
