She's stupid, it's HER fault for getting hit by a car...why didn't she just wait til it was safe to go...

There was a case a few years back in my area of a woman tripping on a curb, hitting her head on a car, and then suing the manufacturer of the car. Pretty sure she lost the case, but still...
