Default Perception of self online: interviews?

Hi all,

I'm working on some research concerned with perception of self and identity online, and I'm interested in looking at users of MMORPGs for some case studies. You can read more about the work here.

Anyway, I was wondering whether any of you guys might be able to help me? I'm looking for volunteers to interview about the way the way they approach MMORPGs, and their relationships with the their avatars. All I'll need is a few details, and maybe 15-20 minutes of your time. Interviews can be conducted over the phone, IM, or in RL if you live nearby. Everything will remain totally anonymous.

Please ping me if you're interested.

Cheers,

Jamie
