Ok firstly what you need to do is download the required patch the current release is Client 4. You can get this patch here:

US mirror (California)
ftp://207.38.124.230/PF_0_3.zip

European mirror
ftp://212.187.171.231/PF_0_3.zip

Once you have downloaded the patch you need to extract it into your warrock folder C:\Program Files\warrock (Dont delete the folders in there just allow it to overwrite the files).

Once you have done this you need to check that your version.cfg file says the following:

If is does not show the above what you need to do is goto:

C:\Program Files\warrock and look for version.cfg

open this using "Notepad" and replace what is in there with the above text. Then just click save.

Now you should be able to play your updated warrock.

Some people get an error "cannot get vs.zip file" this normally means your firewall is blocking the loader and updater. All you need to do is test by turning your firewall off and running the game. If it then works allow launcher and update to run in your firewall.
