So you are a wannabe show-off who looks for meaning in life, but never finishes anything that could be a challenge?
Subscribe to WOW. Dude... @topic: I am really finding it weird, how so many people are coming on to communities on the web and asking them what to do with live. First off, life doesn't run away from one and one does not miss out on anything that needs to be fixed by changing, even if you are not a person of importance. Secondly, exciting things are not exciting to manufacture, but bothersome and tedious. Thirdly one does not need to "fix" ones creative potential by doing stuff that comes hard to one anyways. Lastly, if one is dead set on making his life more complicated and bothersome and unhappy by going against the above: Asking others on how to do it will not fix the problems you have with even getting started. As a last observation; Parents should spend more time on telling their kids, that they don't need to do anything to be special and that there is really nothing wrong with not being the smartest man on earth and writing the most craftily literature of even not being able to play an instrument. Many of those people had shit lives, that we shant aspire to. On the other hand, it is essential to have a live that is in order to find oneself in accepting what is given. There are always 'free' programs.
![]() I'd skip drawing on the pc unless you either are a god with mouse drawing or a decent tablet (meaning not those 20eur models that are 3x3cm big).

Start making little doodles and then create a story out of it.
Start small and make small comic strips with a few panels with one or two ideas. After a while you will build up some character development and get a feel for where things are going. But before any of that you will need to find a consistent style. Try drawing various things until you get a feel for the style you want to achieve. I have a bunch of drawings some not appropriate though..... |
