1GB of ram is far too little, so i'd get that upgraded to at least 2GB's of high quality DDR2 - depending where you live there is always cheap OCZ ram on sale online.
Of course the graphics card needs to be upgraded to something stronger.
I just got WAR myself and I'm running on an 8800 GT, however I'm sure you can probably drop to the 8600GT and still run it fine.
Either way, I'd see you shelling out around 100-130$ CAN (i live in canada lewl). The processor should be fine overclocked.
