If I get time I could make a nexon guide for everyone here.
You will need 1 of 2 things
a kssn with an age between 14 - 18 this enables you to register with no phone or parent permission.
or a kssn younger than 14 with a parental kssn (can be anyone older than 20 i think)
click on the left most join button for younger than 14 and enter the child kssn
and below it enter the parental kssn.
at one point it will ask for an email address for you to verify you are a parent and it must be a Korean address.
If it asks you a multiple choice question with about 5 or 6 answers it is asking how you want to verify the account choose email the left most choice.
http://mail.dreamwiz.com is the easiest one to sign up for.
so enter your email address @dreamwiz.com and it will email you a security code. paste that code into the pop up and it will let you create a username and password with all your information.
only the fields with an asterisk next to them are required.
the kaptcha at the end can easily be defeated with the website.
