Actually, those are recommended settings to play on high with really good settings for the game. That could easily score a 5500, which is not needed. A score of 1800 is already good enough to run the game smoothly(I've seen testers talk about this.)

For the battle speed question, it looks slower but you interact with it more. It doesn't have auto attack so pretty much everything you do is manual, so it looks slower but you attack at a fast speed for usual mmo gaming.

Just wait 2 weeks and see for yourself(CE People)(3weeks for reg)

Chances are there will be buddy passes with the CE~

If you guys dont want to preorder and wait~

Eh, I was never in to FFXI but this looks great, I mean even if it is a little slow. do you guys think this game is worth it?

I dunno if I want FF14 yet. I'm not completely sold on the gameplay (the battle system still seems slow/clunky to me)

Is there gonna be a free trial?

So far it doesn't seem like there will be at the beginning but if you get the collectors edition you get 30 days free roflcopter.
