The world used to be reletively peacefull. So very peaceful with rolling hills and few actual wars. But then, the Dark Being led an army of horrible creatures that do unspeakable things while they laugh at the people who try to avoid their fate.The world has started to go into chaos with more bandits and theives appearing every day.The armies of the land known as Gerand have diminished fighting of the Dark Being and his army and will soon fall.There is still some form of peace within towns but it will not last for long. Now the desendants of the few men who could fight the Dark Being the last time it surfaced can stop them now.

Regions of the world
north: To the north lies the once grand city of Deltort now controled by the Dark Being and his armys
East: To the east lies the ruin of the city Fraga now being rebuilt by the dragons. It has been renamed as Tranaden.
West: To the west lies grand forests and even grander grasslands with one large area covered by the human city of Grenet. There have been rumors of the Dark Being's army marching torwards this city.
South: The south of Gerand is nothing but sea but floating atop that sea are great citys of sea sprites and draigians.

Creatures you may encounter

Sentient(You can play as any of these that have a *)

*Infantile Pheonix: They look like normal humans, but are slightly stronger and faster than a normal human. Their blood is their most interesting attribute, as one who drinks their blood will become semi-immortal for about a day. Unfortunately, they must not go against the wishes of the Infantile Pheonix for as long as the blood is in effect, or they can have that immortality revoked.

*Humans: They are one of the most common races on Gerand, and they have been seen to be the most well versed. There are few masters among their race, but all humans are able to learn almost all abilities.

*Draigians: They are fish like and have a lot of fins spread around their bodies. Their physical bodies vary greatly, with some looking like fishy people, and others looking like fish with legs. They are some of the strongest Water Elementalists to be found, which is even further enhanced by their ability to breath under water.

*Sprites: Small, weak creatures with tinted skins. They vary, their very bodies usually being made of whatever piece of nature they were born in. They are in tune with nature, adept at whatever element they were born in, and animals converse freely with Sprites.

*Giant: Slow, and stupid, without much magic potential, giants look like very large humans. They are rarely able to use magic, but if they are, it is usually merely to increase a physical aspect. They are great berserkers, but not much else.

*Sucubus(Female)/Incubus(Male): They are beautiful creatures, and are quite cunning too. They are veiwed with suspician by almost all other races, and many places prohibit their very pressence. They all have wings, and some even have tails or horns, increasing their demonic appearance, and they are all adept at magic involving sacrifice.

Dragons: Large creatures that are reclusive but incredibly intellegent. They come in hundreds of types, from the weak but fast Wyvern to the nigh-invincible Hydra. It is best to avoid their wrath at all times, as they are incredibly difficult to fight without the strongest of support.

*Centaur: Fast creatures that are incredibly light weight. They live in nomadic groups, and all are devoid of magic. Their precise eyes and excellent bodies make for incredibly accurate archers.

The Gaurdian: A huge beast without equal. It protects an ancient treasure, and nobody has been able to pass it's guard.

Animals and creatures

Basic: Wolves, bears, tigers normal stuff.

Fire-gecko: Huge lizard that breaths fire. Common in the east

Ice-gecko: Lizard that is smaller than their fire cousens and often come in small groups. Common to the north(thank you angel)

Coront: Unlike the Dark Coront these are mostly timid and travel in herds. They are used for many things such as cloth and food, they are grey and look similar to a triceratop/rhino hybrid. They are quite common throughout gerand(thank you angel.)

Gremlens: Small and weak these are smart and tricky but rarely dangerous. They common, in small groups, throughout Gerand.

Golom: Creatures made from various materials. They're mostly seen as small assistants to Magicians, but there are a few used as warriors. They are rare.

Spiderant: These creatures are diferent in that they are a few inches tall and mildly poisonous. They come in swarms and if you meet the Queen, run before her foot long fangs strike you and she uses her several foot tall body to drag your body to her nest. Semi rare

Changling: Their true form is unknown but they are typicaly sen as a bipedal creature with large front claws and spines on their backs. Unknown whether they are common or not http://chiselingpixels.com/wp-conten...s_raptorrt.jpg This is their most common form but they can turn into many things.

Feral-dragons: Dragons that have gone insane and attack everything in sight. They are usually starved, weak, and are not as much of a threat as a normal Dragon but are still not to be underestimated.very rare

Cerbor: The desendants of the fabled Cerberus are about as big as a bear and are often seen in packs but are not nearly as dangerous as the original due to being the offspring of cerberus and a normal dog. Semi common.

Phoenix: Giant birds of fire, they are extremely rare and only become adults at the whim of another adult. They are immortal, and one who drinks their blood will also become immortal. They are more powerful than an army od Dragons, but have never directly involved themselves in the affairs of humans. Extremely rare.

Demon: Dangerous beasts that are rarely encountered in the wild. They bring death and destruction with them, and are an unfortunate favorite for the Dark Mages. Rare.

Griffin: A reletively peaceful race, but they are powerful, almost on par with Dragons. Few have managed to ride these great beasts, as they are very sensitive about their backs. Rare.

Werewolf: Savage and quick creatures that sleep by day and hunt by night. They are not human in any way, and favor dragging people from their homes in the dead of night.

Harpy: Small creatures that favor flinging their feces upon people below them. They gather in swarms and often converge upon their prey quickly. Common.

Banshee: These dangerous creatures roam places of death and fear. They are floating ghosts of white cloth that opens to reveal a gaping hole of void black, and they quickly approach to swallow the fool that enters their territory. Rare

Dark Army

Dark Soldier: Human in stature they are well equiped but never use magic. This is one with a crossbow but they are trained in all weapons and usually use swords.

Dark Coront: A large bull like creature with black reptillian skin they will charge and gore you with their horns.

Dark Mage: They use great amounts of necromancy magic and their flesh has become black and mutated.

Dark Overseer: They often lead groups of soldiers into battle and are much better equiped then their soldeirs. Kill him and the soldiers around will lose effeciency

Dark Master: Huge beasts that are human in stature but several feet tall and only seen a few times leading legions of Dark Soldiers and Overseers. They have weapons cursed by demons and gods and are masters of evil magic able to call apon the demon lords to grant themselves great power.

Dark Dragoncast: Similer to a dragon but much smaller and not nearly as powerful They are support units that come in small swarms.

Dark Chimera: These have never before ben seen in the lands of gerand and are very dangerous

Dark Lord: Ah, but that would be telling.

Name: Deimos Leruthian Aldari

Appearance: Deimos stands at 6 ft 2 and weighs about 180 Lbs



Weapon: Deimos wields a blade titled 'Typhon' due to it's weather harnessing augmentations, allowing it's owner to call forth small amounts of Lightning or other storm related elements to batter it's enemy. Deimos also wields a short spear with a serrated spearhead

Magic: Is able to mildly control weather elements such as Water, Wind and Lightning, though is only a beginner at such things, and prefers to resort to his powers only when needed. Deimos is also rather fluent in the art of Healing, due to his Mother's teachings.

Personality: Deimos is kind hearted and deeply sympathetic of those under oppression, seeking to aid them in any way possible to ease the suffering they are put through each day is one of his goals. On the other hand, his temper is usually easily risen, especially in battle, and he is known to be ferocious and unmerciful to his enemies. He is also very protective of his allies and loyal to those who lead him.

History: Deimos was born to a rich family in one of the grandest cities of Gerand. His father was a traveling Merchant, so they did not see each other much, and his Mother was always busy for her job was that of a Healer, and she was quite proficient at her art. Though the life of a freelance knight was an idea far from his parents mind for his career choice, it was nonetheless what he chose and what they readily accepted, for Deimos was of a kind heart, and a fierce spirit, and those, coupled with his passion for the weak and needy, made his parents feel at ease that he would not fall into temptation and use his power for evil. Ever since the age of 8 he has trained hard, as well as worked hard to earn his equipment and the skill to be a great warrior. When he turned 16, he gathered his things, said goodbye to his parents and set off on his great journey. Not too many years later, his home was pillaged by the Dark Ones, and his parents brutally murdered, and he has sought for revenge ever since that day.

Extras: Deimos owns a snow white Charger (War Horse) named Phobos, who is not only Deimos's loyal companion, but also his stalwart comrade. Phobos is fully armored in a steel overcoat and a spiked helmet, and his horseshoes are spiked not only for combat, but also for traction.

Personality: very submissive to his owner, and hates any one else ordering him or sitting on his back. he is very protective of his owner.
History: When he was born, his parents were killed by poachers, taking their tongues and fur and selling all their parts for money. he was rescued by his owner and has been with her ever since.
Extras: being smaller, and still a pup, his venom is weaker then an adults

History: She comes from a long line of Succubi that have gotten there way through their powers. Each woman in the family has done so until they found the right man for them and they settled down with them (usually humans). She is looking for that man. She saved a small dangerous animal a long time ago. She loves its danger and it too death.
