Sorry that you can't see him at the moment, but it's REALLY hard to screenshot this guy.
He's invisible, but flashes and fades in the exact same sense as the predator. You can use smoke bombs to see him a smidge better, or just cause him way too much harm. Seriously my favorite Elder Dragon of them all.
