My g/f is getting back into the game and had been playing before but for some reason...after a new vista install, she gets an error message and the game exits but when she tries to re-start it...it says that the game is still running.

She's downloaded the game 2 or 3 times already to no avail....any suggestions? I really don't want to go through a full format re-install to get just one game to work properly...

Pentium Quad Core Processor
3GB RAM
Vista Home Basic
Nvidia 9800 GT
250 GB sata HDD

I'd post a screenshot of the error message but she's uninstalled and deleted the game before i had a chance to help.
