I am unable to load the game screen!!!
After clicking the start and english button, 2 windows pop out one is a black empty window, the other one is saying Send Error Report?
I have no idea what to do... P.S: I am living in Japan

When all else fails;
1. Uninstall + delete LC's program folder + reboot + reinstall again. 2. Now I'm not sure why you noted that you live in Japan but I assume that you're referring to your language setting for you OS. Hmm..but if this forum displays properly for you, I can't see why you need to change the setting for LC. 3. An issue regarding to that language selection ('English' button) bug after the latest update was that people got random dcs. Perhaps you had launched the LC client around that time and by now things should be OK.
