I've downloaded hundreds of things from the torrents there..never got malware or any viruses and my dad also downloads from there...so idk what your talking about.

And there is no way they'll get shutdown anyhow, by swedish law you are allowed to copy and distribute or something like that, and piratebay isn't actually hosting any illegal content..therefor it isn't an illegal site in any way lol
