Well, if you're going to request something as broad as "more oversight for moderators" then you should be willing to provide some examples, or at least some backup for your statement beyond "I don't like one particular moderator." Otherwise it's an empty statement, with no reason besides personal opinion.
It's like saying "we need more trees in places because I like trees," and expecting the government to spend taxpayer money on planting them just because
you like trees.
If you want your suggestion to be taken seriously, then actually put some reasoning behind it.
