They both sucked since they did not revive the cute little girl who got turned into a chimera by her psycho dad.

Well I finished Brotherhood just now, and I spose the main issue with the original anime is that it ended six or seven years before the manga itself ended, which means that they had to make up quite a bit of bullshit. Brotherhood didn't spend time for useless filler crap (like for example the time when Al got stolen from that train station, or the kitten Al put inside him etc) and focused on the main story.

Not to mention, the ending of the original anime was just plain horrible.

The true ending of FMA is the movie much better.

Not really, that was one of the most important scenes in either of the animes and the manga.

That's like saying you think Romeo & Juliet sucks because they both die in the end. It's not that it sucks, you just don't get it.
