Anime-Playground is an anime-fansub but in the forums you can get a naruto mmorpg engine!!! All you need to do is get 30 posts then PM lecius and ask for the server/client and he will give you them with instructions.

Below is a screenshot.

You can get the source to but that costs 100 posts.
