Don't mix files from one place with another place
just download them from the same place and keep them in there own folders.
i.e.
Aion_install_1
Aion_install_2 etc etc
Don't unzip them
just use the AION_Setup_0.9.5.0.exe
it'll do all the other work.
but you shouldn't need to go all that trouble.
as you having a problem its a solution hopefully
