That's right you can't compare MO and DFO. DFO is a grinder but quite polished mmorpg with large scales battles, boats, etc... . MO is a scam, an pay 2 play pre-beta with about two hundred people online during peaks

The thing that is sad is DarkFail is failing... Mortal Online is failing and the next one to fail is Dawntide.
Their community are usually big factor in this... The fanboi's will sit on forum saying "O IT WILL BE FIXED BEFORE RELEASE11" or my favorite "THEY CAN FIX IT AFTER LAUNCH!11" The issue is these fanboi's make developers think they will actually play the game AND LIKE THE FEATURES... sure they will pre order / buy it play a month than realize how the game play is completely broken and complete crap. Than they will run off to the next one and praise it and snuggle it in their beds... till it launches and fails. Developers need to learn these fan boi's are just there for the "community" their cliche of circle jerking rejects that never played any game but WoW Take mortal online , and Dark Fall both games tried to implemented a flagging system... but what they don't realize is that flagging system kills sand box games. I dunno I after my last post on Dawntide and how it will fail cause open beta you still fall through the ground (I mean the dev's can't even get collusion detection to work correct? WTF) I gave up trying to post feed back on these failed indie games. |
