Yep, I'm going through that also. Took a good 1 hour per 1% and then it crashed at 5% and i'm restarting it. The first time I installed this game it didn't take this long and over a 7 hour maintenance period they've managed to increase the patch length 10 fold.

*Edit Seems to be doing much better now. About 3 minutes per %.
