Sounds like it could be something by Nomak or Nujabes.
Do you mean that the rap was silly, as in a funny rap?
I mean, if it includes the line "til I/you die" or something to that effect, it doesn't really sound like a funny rap.

Sounds like it could be one of the Luv(sic) versions of Shing02.

As the resident Weird Al expert, it doesn't sound like any of his works. The only that he really raps with any speed is White and Nerdy.

It could possibly be by Flight of the Conchords.
