Has anyone dealt with this company before? It is needed to use a credit card to purchase crysta for the ff14 sub and after having their verification charge declined by my credit card company they blocked my account temporarily until I call or email them. I already contacted my credit card company and had that part cleared up, but I wonder how long it takes for them to respond to an email.
Anyone had any luck with this company or I may just use the paypal option for now

Haven't used them but I'll second PP (paypal) for online transactions, ability to register complaints and reclaim money make it a very handy way to deal with purchases and sales.

Craptastic company so far. Tried to call their number and was on hold for 30min and the line cut off. Sent an email last night to have the account deleted and I have no updates so far after receiving their automated response.

i even prefer it over paypal
