Do you mean awesome as in ezmode awesome? Blizzard doesn't care about the quality of the contents anymore. All they care about is the $$$. I think I've let Blizzard(Activision) have enough of my money. NO CATACLYSM FOR ME.

No, I've read more than enough to be well informed. Please don't talk if you were geared in naxx epics and don't even know what raiding is. I've been a WoW player since vanilla wow and I know the whole shiznit. Every freakin expansion = new trash content with epic easy loot gear and no skill. So what's so great about Cataclysm this time? Are you excited to run H VC? Recycled material? Exactly, there's no new ideas or even content in that matter.

Wow you are proving to me even more of how stupid you are... the REASON vanilla was so hard was because of bugs and poor class mechanics. Im in the cata beta and believe me it is getting back to BC styled heroics.

BC was garbage. I have no idea what you're smokin. Vanilla wasn't hard, it was challenging. BC was just a walk in the park aimed for the mainstream Tween generation.

As it stand right now I won't be playing Cata. The new content will be interesting the first time through, but heroics at this time in beta are just not that complicated and mirror the issues that WoTLK had with it just simply being a too easy farm fest for all but a slim section of the raid content.

Then cataclysm will bring back your "challenging" WoW.

Can blizzard pull a wrath and nerf all the content for casuals and whiners? Yes they can but lets just hope they dont and people can learn to play. If you can play the beta for yourself and try some heroics. You wont be dissapointed.

Vanilla was awesome because it was new, and ppl ran around in greens and blues, and purples were actually rare and you had to EARN them, you didn't get em stumble over them at every corner you rounded.

I won't be playing cata either. I quitt wotlk in record time too, and I've been wow-free for like 18 months or so now give or take. Good riddance, Wow's old hat now, no offense.

sinnful has just proved my point. Heroics = garbage farmfest easy epic trash. Raid contents is what's important buddy. And BC, WotLK had some trashy raid content. And blizzard didn't nerf anything in WotLK, they made it more easy for the younger fanbois. Can you say press 1 button pew pew ez mode rotation classes?
And another point Symce has made. Vanilla was exactly awesome for that reason. You earned your epics, and not farm them in 10 minute heroics.
