I recommend all of the Sands of Time trilogy as well, and Psychonauts.

I tried Braid, but it was kinda annoying and didn't have much real puzzles, and I hate time twisting too.
EDIT: I wish I could play limbo, but i don't have x360 :c It is full of awesomeness

Psychonauts is a good game. Lots of puzzles and fun stuff like that.
