So, i cancelled my WoW account a long time ago, and want to restart. I e-mailed them to try to see if they will recover my account info (idk my account name or password). So, it has been a few days and no response from e-mail, so i tried calling them and que was 37 minutes. So i let my phone sit on louspeaker so I could do stuff while i waited for the que. An hour and a half rolls around and no one has answered yet, so i hang up and call back and it says their que is full... and i have been trying to call for 2 days now with no luck. Wtf is up with this?!?

I really want my old account info back cuz it had my llvl 75 shaman and all expansions purchased and i don't want to buy all expansions again...

lol does it normally take them this long to respond to e-mail??
