Whos most popular
Who got most players ? (As i checked L2D whas at top)
And will this Handle it?

Go for L4D2. It's much better than L4D1.

Overall L4D2 is better although L4D1 had a few good maps.

L4D2 has more content.

And since they are both $10, you should go for the one with more content, which would be L4D2 (More game mods, more singleplayer, more weapons).

L4D2 is technically a better game with better graphics and more content.

But it just doesn't have the charm of the first.

Recent DLC add one of the maps (No Mercy) and the survivors from the first game as well. So not only do you get more/better content, but for at least 1 map you get the best of both worlds.

I'd go with Left 4 Dead 2.

EDIT: I don't have either game for PC so I dunno how big the playerbases are, but logic would dictate L4D2 having more players since it's the newest and for all intents and purposes a better game. However I hear both games still have good communities (for the 360 at least) so... who knows lol.
