Two minutes before the fight starts, make an anonymous call to the cops with your mobile saying that some bloke is getting beat up at x place. When the fight starts, don't hit back and just play defence. When the cops arrive and see this, they'll catch him and he'll get charges for assault. That's how you actually win a fight. But doing that is illegal, and in fact maybe the other guy plans on doing just that. Getting into fights is a quick way to get into trouble with the law, you shouldn't be doing it at all.
