You may be entitled to a housing benefit, but as you have moved from overseas it may be difficult to claim.

You should contact Connexions, your local council or the Citizens Advice Bureau. They will be able to tell you exactly what you're entitled to.

Enter your location on this website: http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/ and book an appointment at your local Citizens Advice centre. They won't try to sell you anything, just tell you what you need to know.
