Default Got a HUGE question: People living in uk (Benefits)

soo i'm 18 years old got to UK on August ... and started working in early September which is 3 months now that i work and i want to start studying part time in college ... so what i want to know what kind of Benefits can i get ... Like housing ... or studying benefits ? if its possible as much as you can in detail ... please no links to websites or etc because i already read it there but i want to ask of people who had experiance with benefits or such... Thank You A Lot.

You may be entitled to Education Maintenance Allowance (also known as Adult Learning Grant). A weekly payment (£30, £20, or £10) based on your household income.

As you're 18, you will probably receive EMA.

EDIT:

Oh, you're studying part time. You probably won't be entitled to either of them then.

Your best bet is to go to your local jobcentre, they CAN tell you what you are entilted to.

You would probably be better off going to your local Connexions centre. They're great at giving advice to students and will have all of the forms and documents you need at hand.

i don't know much about the uk but im sure you could find a relatively cheap single room apartment (like just a room/bathroom/kitchen) if you cant find anything else

ii'm searching for a room atm cuz my curent landlord wants me out for no reason ... so i will find one that is no problem but what i wanted to ask also if i can get Housing Benefits ... and @Illgamez i moved from lithuania to England ( London ) ...
