Not surprised but you get what you pay for. While I think they could at least help with very minor problems people also have to remember people CAN'T work for FREE. If you don't pay for the game you are pretty much worthless and don't matter as a gamer to the company if you don't like change games or just stop gaming and you solve your own problem. These companies only ALLOW you to play their game in hopes you will sooner or later pay for it. This is why so many game companies create games that force you pay to get ahead it all about money you as a gamer don't matter to them only your money. If you don't have that then you don't matter.
