Well the other ones with at least a decent system already been named but idk if your tried PWI they have PVP server, Territory War, Decent Graphic and the down side is it's a bit grindy but not all that slow because i got 1-70 in a month. Pvp Server is set to a certain level (30) before it becomes an full pvp world so you'd at least get the basics down. Also another down side is it's a bit bias on the cash shop if you want good items or fast level.

check it out for yourself :o i dont know if the review did justice to the game but its what you described im playing it now :o
