It's not bad for 14 year old as long as the supplement use well.. I preferred MEGA MASS.... It's a weight gainer and protein source as well.. The price is not expensive..

So just work out and eat a shit ton of protein. and get carb heavy sides. like whole grain rice, pasta, potatoes etc.

First of, real food is better than supplements. supplements are just that - supplemenets. just eat real food and eat a lot of fish. workout heavy and nomore than an hour and drop all that extra sets and reps.

Supplement gives you more strength because it has energy booster. Try to work out without any help of supplement you will notice the difference..

Thats a pre workout booster. Not a protein product to help aid muscle recovery and enhance growth.
