I saw many people who consider GW not a real MMORPG. I don't know if this is true as i never played GW. So i'm looking for a reason why they might consider GW not a real MMORPG.
GW looks like a great MMORPG to me, it's all 3d and online... I might purchase this game

isnt it considered as a MMOCPG i heard it somewhere and i dont remember wat it meant LoL its cuz how you cant see anyone outside the towns and how the outside world is basically a box and the exit and entrance are just in the opposite sides...

its not considered an MMORPG Becose:
1. the way you play it, you dont go on fighting/mission maps like in other games and see other players, mission maps are for you and your party only, the game is entirely story driven the whole way.there fore, its more like an RPG that with a multiplayer mode, 8 being the limit 2.wen your not in story mode, its pure pvp 3. it lacks in skills such as mining, fishing,and you know, all the basic mmorpg ones. |

People compare how you join parties to do missions and explore to how you'd join a game in Diablo II. And most of those people agree that D2 isn't an MMORPG.
