That just totally beat everything anyone ever said. Either that or a whack to the head. I can't say much for acoustic guitars but if you do decide to take a decent cheap electric, I have a few recommendations

ESP isn't like Gibson which prices guitars in that range for lulz and because the Gibson name is printed on the guitar. ESP has a lot of mid-range guitars that could kill Gibson or Fender. Guitar imports from Japan are expensive like that, and why? Because they do a ****ing amazing job with guitars and they're actually worth every penny unlike Fender or Gibson. Ibanez and Caparison are Japanese import guitars and probably are the same way through their custom shop. Fender and Gibson price lame models for around 3000 dollars, that's a rip off.
