I'd say if you get into the game..

Aika has quite intense PvP with other nations raiding eachother for Relics and just for pure fun.

I myself have not been in a battle, but i've heard from my Legion friends that the battles can get, quite intense...

^ I second that recommendation.Lineage II has great PvP once get into a decent guild.Even so there isn't much pre lvl 65 or so PvP (85 is max).

Killing anyone anywhere. Sounds like you just want PK, not pvp. Maybe try Age of Conan, Mu Online, Darkfall and Conquer Online. Most games today dont have that, mainly old school MMOs.
