That build isn't going to get you anywhere.

You really should max both Laser and Steyr Bazooka as both of those skills are extremely good. Leave BBQ at 1 or 5+cancel because the dmg has been nerfed to a percent or fixed rate and you're better off using those points for something else. Leave photon bomb at 5 or for pre-requirments for other skills because it's not that great. You really should have a higher lvl stinger which is the alst skill in your build, I would recommend maxing that as well. The awakening skill is not that great and you're better off leaving it at 1.

Basically you have a bunch of random place skills at very odd levels. Rule of thumb that most of the veteran members say is "Either leave at 1, 5, or max it. No inbetweens!"
