tq has not confirmed anything animephreak. also lucky time increases the chance of sockets (luck) which alone proves that the sockets are based entirely on luck. another point that i want to point out is that socket times have never been proven.

its completely randomized and it is rly low % of chance that it will happen but there is a better chance of getting a socket if u r the first one to upgrade an item right after server maintenance and server comes back up

mine is like this i upgrade in tc time 12:56 one meteor ,then i went to market the time is 13:00 and u spam lots of mets in there .goodluck!
