im confused...how can you tell if your skills are active or passive? It doesn't say? Like I think my tortoise shell skill for hunter i just got is passive, i put 2 skill points in it? How do i activate it?

Passive skills are over the time you play you increase them there like permanent stat boosts. Active are ones u have to use
