The truth is that people don't really know what will DFO be alike. Of course it'll be very much like the KR/JP versions in basics but there might be things that make classes vary in effectiveness. Thus giving out builds/guides BEFORE the game is even in CBT is just .... well guesswork.
But what comes to KR and JP versions, just listen to the right people and you'll be fine
