Every time I try to get a closed beta key for any game, it would say "Sorry, You already have a key!" How do I fix this?

It's because you're hitting the "refresh the page now" link.

The page is refreshing twice in a very short amount of time. You're skipping the page with the key and going right to the "you already have a key" page.

Is there anyway to see if I got the key? I clicked back and it takes me to the homepage.
