I am looking for a legal way to purchase EVE characters, and assets.
I have a budget in the range of $50-200, and would like to know how much I would need to pay in order to purchase a maxed-out miner, versus a casual bounty-hunter. I read that I need ISK to legally transfer characters, and that I am not allowed to pay real-life money for assets... Can I buy ISK with real-life money? What is the ratio? Where can I research this?

I believe you can purchase game time cards with real money, which can then be sold for isk.
