I have played WoW along time ago and was like "Maybe I should go back to it due to the new expansion." Well I never had the king expansion pack either so that and the new expansion pack would cost $80 and for a two month membership card +$30=$110 So I was like naaa let me just find a new F2P game. Is there any game out there like WoW. I have Played RoM before and might go back to that but want to see what else is out there also.

lotro is an awsome game!

best crafting out there
best pve ive ever seen
pvp is a bid off but the pve makes up for it

Honestly.... no f2p mmo can even compare to WoW (Freemium mmos dont count) $80 for Cataclysm!? its like 30 euro here

RoM is too cash shop dependant, you wont be able to do high level instances unless you use the CS.

Well, Allods Online LOOKS a lot like WoW and sort of plays like it, though the cash shop is a bit of a rip off and they don't really care about the players. But I mean, it's ok.

I've never had to buy any of the expansion because you can download lich king and other wow series from the website..... all you really need is the cataclysm or prob wait a bit and download that too...

you need to buy them to unlock content.

Your game still has to download the majority of the client though, so that you can still play on the servers.

Yea still can download them though just have to upgrade the account to allow access according to blizzard
