Well, I've officially gotten into a MMO mood lately.
Title says most of my request, I'm looking for a PvP game that incorporates some team-like environment and preferably a lot of guild and community connection/competition. I don't care if I pay monthly, but I'm looking for a game with: -Okay/Good Graphics -PvP Driven -Community/guild competition -Easy grind (I don't want to have to invest 100 hours of game time to play the PvP) -2.5D/3D -Preferably polished animations, controls, and interface -Preferably player-driven I've played almost every game on the market today, one that I see that fits my criteria is Warhammer online. But for some reason, when I tried it the animations were complete crap. Lineage II was fun, but it requires a looootttt of grind which I don't want to pay $20/month CDN to grind to the content I actually want to experience. So if no one knows any PvP games that meet my criteria, please answer the following: 1) How's Warhammer online? Is it worth a subscription? 2) Is the player base still active? Will this game die in 3 months? 3) Share any personal experiences regarding the game |

I'll give a rec and answer the questions just for the hell of it.
Recommendation: Soul of the Ultimate Nation Answers: 1) Warhammer is one of, if not the top, PvP game out there in my opinion and worth the sub. The RvR is excellent, and the animations are great. 2) The playerbase is still quite active and thousands take part in the RvR every time it's up. 3) I remember the PvP the most, all out massive brawls that were based more on skill than any other mmo I've played. This is just my opinion on the game. |
