How it works:
Basicly it downgrade game version and native patcher downloading game files from my machine. My machine will not be operating 24 hour a day. I turning it off while sleeping, somebody can turn it off while I'm at work 
PS: If somebody willing to translate interface PM me. Good english skill and little japanese needed.
They changed database, now bunch of text was moved to separate file. I spent time updating files only to realise that all item/npc/etc names in them useless now.
And they changed launcher, now it doesn't start unless run from homepage.
I included modified launcher.

Use proxycap
For proxycap:
- choose only proxies that are socks v4 or v5.
you can find some there: http://www.eliteproxie.com/
- in preferences>rules, create new rules
do exactly like in the following image:
and set rules for:
-your web browser
-priuslauncher
-prius.exe
to the proxy you've found and choose "tunnel through proxy" for each application.
If your mac address has been banned, just change it using a spoofing software like SMAC 2.0 for example.
