Default Sleep.

Am I the only one having trouble with sleep?

****, when I go to sleep, I will only fall asleep at like 3, 4 or even 5AM.
No matter when I go to sleep, even when I try to go to bed at 22:00.

I have tried everything, and none of the shit works, neither does that thing when you don't sleep for a day and then do that other thing.

I had the same problem for a really long time. It got better since I got to Japan, as my fiancees starts work really early, so we usually wake up at 05.30 in the morning.

Even if you say skipping sleep doesn't work, I think it's likely that you simply haven't skipped enough.
You need to force yourself by staying awake to the point where you are sleepy, and then keep on going to the time when you want your bedtime to be(which would be 22.00 right?).
Then you need to bolster it by waking up early for several days(around 06.00 or something to that effect). If you do this for 1-2 weeks or so, it will probably change.

If you haven't really tried to do this for a prolonged period of time, it's not really that strange that it hasn't worked. Some people need longer time than others to restructure their sleeping patterns.

Its annoying, I'm just in my bed, and I can't ****ing sleep for hours, I try to, I count to 100, 200, 300, noting will work.

You should get some tips tho,

Take a hot shower before you go to bed, makes you feel warm etc.
Don't watch TV or be on the computer for at least 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
Drink some hot coco or hot milk.

I had the same prob, but number 2 pretty much fixed it for me.

Sleeping pills are with prescription and can't be sold to minors.

There are natural relaxing/calming pills and you could get those without too much problems. Ask your pharmacist for more information.
