I don't understand this in the slightest Is it something to do with softether, or is it just me having bad luck?

(edit, didn't someone link another server for the vpn to connect to somewhere in here? Wasn't it guest name and blah blah blah, I can't remember the url for it)

-edit 2: I used the mobilefree one, yeah it seems that runtime errors *with vpn anyway* pop up when that network is full capacity, the only thing I can think of anyway-
