And what is server maintenence hours?

I ask because I can't enter like the button blacked out...

it was down for 50minutes since the cash shop was laggy :O

did it go back down? because now i cant start my characters up (i can log in but not begin to play)
a thing with help pops up and then it freezes.

it serverreboot again for few seconds because they messed up the cash item period but it dont seem like they fixed it lol or maybe they fixed the date only for the one thats going to be selled after the reboot :O
