I don't wanna pay to host it. Whats a good site thats idiot proof and free?

And preferably one that I don't surrender the rights to everything I upload to.

I assume thats asking too much.

Probably start a blog if you don't want to design the site yourself.
Wordpress, Tumblr, Blogspot.
Not sure if any of those take away rights.
These sites also have a way for people to follow your posts so when you post another comic they will know.

For hosting your own made site you can use http://www.webs.com/
It makes the domain yourdomain.webs.com though.

I already started one with tumblr, simply because I already read a few webcomics that use it and its very simple for people to understand.

I'll post my comic here for now, but I'll have to take it down after the next one. Its going to get pretty explicit and have some illegal shit in it probably.

Fair warning, its not gonna be SFW for very long.

Also, use wordpress and get the comic addon, it really helps when sorting crap out.
