Okay, so this is annoying me. I've been able to get on easily before the patch. But after it? Impossible. Everything's how it should be- VPN is on, Japanese unicode is on, and I'm using IE Explorer. I even uninstalled and reinstalled to see if I DLed the patch incorrectly; I accidently left my VPN on while it did so.
